CHARACTERCharacter Name: Ageha Habaki
Canon: Itsuwaribito Utsuho
Age: 8
Timeline: post manga
If playing another character from the same canon, how will you deal with this?: n/a.
Personality: Ageha is playful. She likes to play around and tease Minamo, who is like her older sister. She especially likes to tease her about her boob-size. Ageha likes boobs, and since Minamo, according to Ageha, doesn't have much in that department, it's her favourite thing to point out. She likes Minamo though, but she's not going to just lay it out there, since she considers Minamo a rival of love. They both dream of marrying Uzume. But her playfulness isn't just teasing, she likes to climb trees and cliffs, and play oni-gokko (hide and seek).
Ageha is honest, at least most of the time. When she thinks of something, she will say it without a moment of thought, even if she can come off as rude. Actually, she doesn't mind being rude, as her family can be quite good at that. Her honesty can border on brutal at times. There's some things that she's not honest about though, and her getting a tattoo was one of those things. She kept that a secret, and she's great at keeping secrets when she wants to. If there's something she doesn't want to tell, or that she has promised not to tell. There's a few times when she might have teased her dad or Minamo about knowing secrets, without saying what it was. Some times she didn't even have any secret, she just thought it was fun seing how they would react.
Just like Uzume, she's good at being loud. She's aware of it though, unlike him, because she's still pretty smart, even if she's not as smart as her dad. She has a strong set of vocal chords, and she knows how to use them. She likes saying embarrassing things loudly, so many can hear, just to see people get flustered. She can be both annoying and obnoxious at times, most of the time on purpose, sometimes unconsciously. She has a little bit of a short temper, and when she snaps, she can be out right mean. On the other hand, she gets over it soon, and doesn't stay mad. The reason for that is her ability to let it all out when she's feeling something. It also helps that she's easily distracted.
Where her lack of focus is worse is when she's fighting during something longer than a fight between other kids. Since both her dad and Uzume has a past as outlaws and murderes, they've got plenty of enemies, even after years after they have stopped killing. She's not all that bad at fighting, even though she still has a lot to learn. She's quite good with a kunai, and she has a lot of stamina. She's not good at keeping focused unless it's a fist fight, and she's not very good with a sword. What she dislikes more than anything is being lectured by her dad, but that doesn't stop her from doing things to piss him off. She's scared of fire, especially when they're not controlled. And since her mum died in a fire, that isn't particularily strange. She had a bigger problem with them when she was younger. Now she's fine with camp fires and candles, smaller fires under control.

History: Ageha's mother was a woman from Uzume's homeland, who came with Chouza, Uzume and Minamo when they left Uzume's homeland to go to the Village of Orphans. For the first few years of her life, Ageha lived there with her parents. When she was around two and a half, they left the village to return to Uzume's homeland, and make a settlement for the people there. They lived there for a while, building and helping. When she was three years old however, there was a fire. Someone had set the house they were living in on fire, and in it, her mother died. The ones behind it were people not pleased with Uzume, whom they had thought of as less than vermin, living there with them. That had them leave with parts of the Uzume's people, and they managed to find a more secluded place to build their settlement. There, they slowly started to build up a village. It wasn't a big village, as not many liked the idea of living near Uzume, but they are about 20 people there, helping each other.
During the time that they lived there, they went on frequent visits to the Village of Orphans, and in a way, and if Ageha has a say in it, both villages are her homes.
With her dad having a past as both an outlaw and a fighter, Ageha wanted to learn things about fighting. She trained with both Uzume and Chouza when in the settlement, and when she lived in the Village of Orphans, she also trained together with Neya, who gave her kunai as a gift. Since then, those kunai has become her favourite weapon, and she has a great deal of respect for Neya for having such a great hand with the weapon.
When she was six, she ran away from home, worrying her family something terrible. She had decided that she wanted tattoos similar to those that Chouza had, but also resembling the marks Uzume draws on his face, and while she knew that her dad would be against it, she didn't care. She wanted them, so she got them, even though it meant running away to a city to do it. It was also her first time going so far away on her own, and she took her time there. She had to make an appointment, and the man tattooing people took some time convincing, so her stay lasted for a few days. Since it was her first time alone there, she made sure to check out every place her dad wouldn't let her go, seeing a lot of things that kids her age shouldn't. For one, she snuck inside a brothel, where she made friends with a few of the prostitutes. She even decided that when one of the prostitutes she had made friends with was off for the night, she was going to sleep over. She slept with her face in the woman's boobs the entire night.
The day after she had gotten her tattoo, she was found by Chouza, who had been looking all over for her. She had been planning on going home as soon as the tattoo was finished, but then she ran into a couple of kids her age, and started to play with them. She was close to getting into a fight with a couple of the boys she had been playing with when her dad found her, and the pissed off air around him scared her new friends away. He scolded her the entire way back home, which was quite the long walk. It was a really rough scolding, since there was no way Chouza would ever let his daughter bear tattoos even similar to his own. Those were the marks of someone whose dad was a killer. Which, of course, Chouza was, but that was not the point of it all.
Abilities: She has some fighting abilities, but not a lot. She has a lot to learn, given her young age. She does favour the kunai though.
Relationships to Canon Characters: Chouza's (
poisonedclaws ) daughter, sister to Minamo (Chouza's and Uzume's adoptive daughter of sorts), sees Uzume as both dad and future husband.
First Person: [The little girl bounces a little in excitement where she stands. Ageha has never seen anything like this. She doesn't know what a train is, and there's a lot of things she's never seen before here. ]
Woah. Wow, this is awesome!
[She probably shouldn't be this excited about being kidnapped to a strange place, but she doesn't care. There's a lot to discover in a new city, not to mention a new world. She leaps up on the top of the train, swinging herself up by the help of the open wagon door. Standing up, she looks around in the night, eyes wide. She can't wait to see what's going on in this odd-looking place. It doesn't even seem very similar to the capital, and that's the biggest city in the country.
Looking down at the other people on the platform, she waves at them.]
Hey, come on, get up here! There's so much weird stuff going on here, just look at it!
Third Person: Wide eyes, sharp teeth revealed by a widening of a smile. A small girl with moss green hair looked around the platform as he stepped off the train, a slight bounce in her step. To be honest, she looked more excited than shocked, though perhaps it should be the other way around. But Ageha didn't care about that little detail. What mattered was that she was in this unknown place, having gotten off something she didn't even know what it was, and she couldn't wait to find out what more could be found out there. "Woah. Wow, this is awesome!"
With a big leap, the girl jumped, small hands grabbing a hold of the roof of the wagon, holding on to it as she swung herself up on the roof. She landed with a light thud on the metal of the roof, and with eyes wide in awe, she looked around. It was unlike anything she had ever seen. It was a bit dark and fog enveloped the train station, but she could see enough to find everything amazingly odd. The houses, even the ground looked different. It looked..hard, and unmoving, not at all like the dirt grounds that you could kick holes in.
With a big grin, she looked down at the people on the ground, who either seemed not to care about a little girl climbing trains or stared at her like she was acting out of order. Which she for some, probably did. A lot of people seemed busy being upset though, which she would probably understand if she just gave it a thought. "Hey, come on, get up here!" She waved at the strangers down on the hard ground, sticking out a tongue at a kid about her age who stared a bit too much. "There's just so much weird stuff going on here, just look at it!" And she couldn't wait until she could tell her dad, Minamo and Uzume about all of this.
She dropped down from the roof, thinking about her family as she walked toward the odd-looking city. Well, that dampened the mood a bit. She didn't even know where the others were. She hoped that at least one of them were here. Especially Uzume.
Note: History has been discussed and agreed on with Chouza-mun, since it concerns them as well. I wasn't sure if she counted as canon or OC character, as she only shows up in the epilogue, and one panel of the bonus of the bonus.
